i TRIED living right for once

i graduated secondary school late November, i have been a student my entire life, so i don’t know how to live out of the ordinary life of a student. Since i graduated i feel like i have so much time in my hands and i have spent on sleeping until noon and binge watching movies and TV shows. In my defense i’m catching up with life as fast as i can… please forgive me.

BUT one day i decided to live the “right way” (cause of my mom’s constant complaining 😫). i planned to, wake up early, work out for 30 minutes, clean the house etc. all those boring stuff that people do in the morning. here is how my day went.

I woke up at 7 a.m, i brushed my teeth, made my bed, prayed for 30 minutes and started writing my to do list. by then it was 8 a.m everybody has left for work already. I did the aerobics work out for 20 minutes instead of 30, my muscles wouldn’t let me and i had the urge to vomit. anyway, i did all the chores in the house lastly my projects. without forgetting i even ate a balanced diet and stayed hydrated for the whole day….living right huh? 😏

around 7 p.m i was exhausted, i couldn’t even watch a movie as i planned earlier i just went straight to bed.

The next day woke up at noon time, i just proceeded with my laziness, i was sore from yesterday’s routine. Besides i am a teenager research shows that we need to sleep more than 8 hours for proper body function…so i’m doing my part 🙌 don’t blame me.

But that day i went to bed with a smile because i had a fulfilling day and i was proud of what i did, and i will do it again to make it a habit….. .soon 😅

S/o and salute to all the people out there living this kind of life it must be cool, but for people like me who have no morning routine or whatsoever my advise to “us” is that as long as you eat well, drink plenty of water, exercise if you can and live a happy life, you are good to go 👊.
